After collecting sufficient points, you are able to convert these bonus points into free overnight stays at a Best Western Hotel. A free accomodation means one night in a double room (at European hotels including breakfast). You can choose your favorite hotel among more than 4,000 Best Western Hotels worldwide. The level for a free night stay starts as low as 8.000 points.

Your club service center is pleased to inform you about the number of points needed – you reach us via mail bw-rewards@bestwestern.at or by phone ++43-1-505 47 06 Please mention already during the booking process that you would like to „pay“ with your points.

At the hotel you only have to present your card at the reception. The necessary points are automatically redeemed from your account. Before you decide in favor of a hotel, please check your account balance. This is available on www.bestwesternrewards.com. Further it is also possible to obtain your account statement via your club service center..

You can also convert your points into Best Western Travel Cards. You get a Travel Card amounting to 12 Euro for 5,000 points, 6,500 points correspond to a Travel Card with 20 Euro and 12,000 points to a Travel Card with 40 Euro.

The card is accepted as regular medium of payment in all our hotels worldwide. It is unlimited valid and should be ordered in time via www.bestwesternrewards.com or your club service center. You only need 22,000 points to redeem for a “TravelSafe” annual travel insurance with our partner, the Global Benefits Group. So forget about the complicated and for frequent travellers also expensive insuring of each single flight ticket.
