From the classic Wiener Schnitzel to vegetables and salads to our range of beverages, we offer regional food and specialties. No industrial products!

What you will not find in our restaurant are the usual industrial products. Eating at the Golden Eagle is a conscious enjoyment of regional ingredients, fresh food, perfectly prepared and served with a smile.

Regional and personal

We know our suppliers personally and share the same passion for sustainable and fresh products. For 35 years, the Lechner family from Rum near Innsbruck has been supplying us with seasonal vegetables and salads.

All of our meat products come from Austria, from saddle of lamb to Wiener schnitzel. Our beverages also come from regional production and complete the culinary experience. Enjoy with a clear conscience!

Our proud partnership with Agrarmarketing Tirol and Bewusst-Tirol also underlines our dedication to regionality. In addition, we are also a quality-certified, original Tyrolean inn.

If you think that regional products are monotonous, we can prove you wrong. The region of Austria offers a great variety of special delicacies. We carry only products from our homeland and would not like to deprive you of them. From dry vermouth from southern Styria, Schilerol creations from western Styria, cult lemonades made in Austria, outstanding wine experiences from fine Riedel glasses and so much more.
