Request missing points
Missing Best Western Rewards points, miles or points from a collection partner on your statement? If your stay was no longer than 6 months ago and you have kept the invoice, simply fill out the form below and send us your invoice. We will be happy to add the points or miles to your account. For current stays, your points or miles should be visible on your account after 14 days at the latest.
Please understand that we can only add stays that were made up to a maximum of 30 days before the start of your membership.
