Inspired by Charlemagne, Restaurant karl brings together the diverse cultures of his vast empire—stretching from the North Sea and the Atlantic to the Mediterranean—into exciting culinary creations that delight all the senses. Be surprised by our ever-changing “karl’s tapas” or indulge in a pan-seared trout fillet with a port wine sauce. Our menu features beloved classics with a modern twist—such as “karl’s Wiener veal schnitzel”—alongside regionally inspired and Mediterranean dishes. Our chefs prepare each dish using high-quality regional ingredients and, above all, great passion. Our wine list focuses on carefully selected wines from Western and Southern Europe.
We have special menus for the little ones. Children's chairs are of course available.
